While I waited for my meal, I overheard a group of local ranchers chatting behind me. Although I’m from the area, I couldn’t understand a single word they were saying. A wave of unease washed over me as I realized I felt out of place. Just then, the girl brought out my food, and I eagerly began to eat. The first bite was nothing short of amazing—the beef was the best I’ve ever had, topped with gooey melted cheese, what tasted like fresh, homegrown tomatoes, crisp, icy lettuce, and tasty pickles. The French fries were freshly cut and served hot, and I immediately sprinkled on some salt. It turned out to be the best cheeseburger and fries I’ve had, and I’ve tried them all across the United States. Halfway through my meal, I realized I needed more napkins. The burger was so juicy that I felt like I might need a garden hose to clean up the mess by the end! I felt fortunate to make it out without an incident. I still have no idea what the cowboys behind me were discussing; I’m sure they were talking about me, so I avoided making eye contact. The takeaway from this experience? When the girl asks if you want it to go, just say yes!

Finding a restaurant that treats us and our cattle with care is essential for promoting our livestock. Tylen and his team are welcoming and always go the extra mile for their customers, whether you're selling a full truckload or just a small handful.

The sales method was a bit confusing, but overall it was a pleasant experience.
