Canton Garden - Coffee County

I used to live right next door to this restaurant and it was great. They would come in if we didn't hear them knocking. However, within the last month, I called again because what I received was not up to par. The food looked like it had been under heat lamps for a long time, and I only ordered one plate with no extras, yet it cost almost $30 with delivery. It was my first time complaining and I was told not to order from there again, then hung up on. I called again a few minutes later and the person on the phone made me feel stupid and like I didn't know where I had ordered from. This was the only place I had been ordering from until now, and being treated like that was unacceptable. I was snapped at and told it couldn't have been them, but I am not old or senile, and I usually pay with a card so I can easily check my bank records to prove it. I was extremely unhappy with my food and service, and being spoken to in that way was very wrong. This was my favorite place to order from, but being hung up on is not professional. Don't bother complaining, you will probably just get hung up on and not believed. Good luck to anyone who orders from here, but it won't be happening a third time, that's for sure!

The General's Beef and Sesame Chicken at this restaurant are incredibly tasty.
