The Surf Shack - Coeur d'Alene

September 26, 2024, 12:50 PM: The young woman at the restaurant was fantastic—so friendly! I walked in to ask for directions, and as we all know, sometimes guest service staff can be unfriendly. However, this young lady went above and beyond; she even stepped outside to show me exactly how far it was and the best way to get there. Thank you so much!

I really enjoyed this place. Unfortunately, they got my order wrong, and instead of just making me a new burger, they said they needed to refund my card and charge me again. I never received the refund, though. It has a lot of potential, but it seems like the staff aren't particularly happy to be there.

Delicious burgers! It's a quick and easy stop, featuring fun indoor decor. The service was prompt and friendly. After we found a table, they delivered our warm, tasty burgers and ensured we were well taken care of. The artwork is vibrant and engaging both inside and outside, adding to the experience. You can sense that this place has a lot of potential for enjoyable days ahead! Make sure to visit the big yellow Surf Shack on your next trip to CDA!

The reviews are right, this place rocks. Personable and friendly staff, amazing burgers. I’m sitting here right now eating the burger and I had to post a review. It feels like everything about this restaurant is done with care.

One of my favorite restaurants in cda. Custom art inside and the burgers are great, Not the best burger you will ever have but the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is good.
