Mcdonald's - Coeur d'Alene

After a long day at Silverwood theme park on August 14, 2023, my family and I stopped at a McDonald's on our way to our hotel in Boise. Despite our initial hesitation, we were pleasantly surprised by the service we received at this location. Although there was a bit of a wait for our food, the manager went above and beyond to make our experience a positive one. She upgraded our fries and drinks as a gesture of goodwill, and we were very grateful for her efforts. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We may not have planned to dine at McDonald's, but we left feeling satisfied and grateful for the excellent service we received. Thank you to the manager and the entire staff for a wonderful meal after a tiring day at the theme park.

I didn't eat any of the food myself, but my husband bought some for our dog and now he's feeling ill.

This is the worst double cheeseburger I have ever had. The meat was cold, dried out, and tasteless. To make matters worse, after I paid the manager, she informed me that my order would take a while because they were short-staffed, despite there being at least six people in the kitchen including her. I was the only person in the lobby, with four cars in the drive-thru.

Watched employee eating out of the fries with his bare hands. Told manager what if his hands are dirty or if he used the bathroom and didn't wash his hands? Her response was he does, they all do....lol Is Alissa checking them when they are in the restroom? I asked for a refund on my food and she wasn't happy about it rudley. Will never go back to the Hayden McDonald's!! Not a clean restaurant at all.

Ordered 20 piece mcnuggies, and mfers forgot the ranch. Who eats chicken McNuggies with no sauce. Pathetic.
