Chili's Grill - Coeur d'Alene

We experienced a small issue, but the staff went above and beyond to resolve it. They not only redid my husband’s entire meal but also prepared a completely new dish for me, in addition to correcting a small part of my order. We truly appreciate their efforts. We can't wait to dine there again!

I used to really enjoy Chili's, but I've noticed that the quality of their food has declined, and I truly miss the place. I also learned that they do not allow patrons to wear vests, which is particularly disappointing for motorcycle associations, like the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association. We contribute to your business, and this policy feels offensive to us. I hope this situation changes, but until then, I have my suspicions that this establishment is influenced by a particular political agenda. As a result, we, the combat veterans, will be refraining from visiting this restaurant for now.

The food was incredible, and the people were wonderful. The classic steak was absolutely delicious and prepared just as I wanted. The staff was all very polite and friendly. Overall, the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

This is the worst Chili?s I have been to. The staff are honestly great always had decent enough service there. Hence the two stars. Otherwise would be one. However the food is absolutely terrible. We?ve only eaten here twice, so maybe a fluke bothtimes, but the food was so bad. It tasted old and not fresh. Portions felt small. Some stuff was undercooked, some stuff wasover cooked. Stuff that was supposed to be cold was warm. And stuff that was supposed to be warm was cold. We generally likeChili?s, but this location leaves a lot to be desired.

2 stars And the only reason why they get more than 1 star is because we had a wonderful waitress. The food was okay but nothing worth the prices we paid. The place needs some serious cleaning. All you have to do is look anywhere BUT the tables andyou'll see dirt or food/drink splatter. The floors needed serious sweeping and mopping, the walls and baseboards need scrubbed.The bathroom... well let's just say I've been in nicer truck stop bathrooms. Now I understand that restaurants get a bit messythrough out the course of a day but this you could tell hadn't been done in quite a long time
