Cafe Rio Mexican Grill - Coeur d'Alene

First time here I was pretty impressed. Everything is made fresh daily their handmade tortillas are so good! Portions are generous fair for the price. They give samples if you're unsure what to order. The sweet pork is a crowd favorite!

I don't even know where to start, the food was amazing at this restaurant. They allowed us to choose the level of spiciness in our dishes, which was a big deal for us. The restaurant was very clean inside and out, and they had very unique and delicious food and beverages. The staff was friendly and the general manager was out helping and interacting with customers. The prices were great for the amount of food we received. I wish I could give this restaurant more stars, it truly provided a great Mexican grill experience.

My Daughter and I and My Grand Daughter went into Cafe Rio and did I get myself in for a treat. We bought two salads with two different kinds of Beans and they loaded them to the top! It was so large that it would have made two meal out of one salad. The Staff knew what they were doing and the Restaurant was neat and clean. Thank You so very much for an Amazing meal.

I have never experienced anything like it! The tortillas and food were prepared right in front of me. Even though the staff was very busy, they made me feel like I was their top priority. They even offered somewhat authentic horchata. I would suggest trying out the Grub Hub delivery service. It's a unique place with delicious food, just be prepared to wait a bit.

The manager who was working the evening shift on 6/14 was incredibly friendly! She took the time to greet each customer as they went through the line. The tacos were also fantastic!
