Contribuiți la feedbackI frequent here pretty often in the late mornings, This is my go to spot. The staff is kind and welcoming. I can name a Couple of the young ladies who work in the morning but I don’t want to misspell their names. This morning, I’ll just call her J, made my drink before I even got to the counter because she saw Me walk in and talk with a friend before I even got to the counter. Thats one of many things the staff has done and they work diligently and in a timely manner. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for some Joe.
I'll be honest, I normally do not patronize Starbucks because I object to the leftist political stances of the corporation, however recently I purchased a couple lattes from this particular store which was conveniently located right around the corner from another business I was visiting. I was pleasantly surprised at the unusually cheerful and engaging manner of the attendants. They all seemed to be thoroughly enjoying themselves and went out of their way to greet and engage me with conversation, which I appreciate. The whole culture of this Starbucks is unlike any I have ever visited, so I give credit where credit is due. So I recommend that you check out this particular Starbucks, because you will be treated as valued and appreciated customer. You will no doubt leave with a smile on your face.
Our neighborhood Starbucks is so awesome. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the food and drinks consistently delicious. Highly recommend.
Manager and the staff working with her were all very rude. Seems like poor culture is now making them rude to customers. Will be taking a long break.
I have been going to this Starbucks for years. I went through the drive-through, and they didn’t return my Starbucks card. I went inside after I realized 10 minutes later to get my card. The card had my name, and they insisted on seeing my ID. This is ridiculous, given the circumstances. I understand the policy if you leave your card for days. But I had just gone through the drive-through, and there was no other Starbucks card that was left there. Then I had to run out to my car to get my ID. This isn’t using common sense or good customer service, given the situation.
