Wyoming Roadhouse - Cody

Our server was fabulous. He was attentive and fun. Best service we've had on our trip to the cowboy state. Food was great, prime rib and ribs. Well done.

Appetizers came before drinks, salads came out we had no silverware. Food either came out wrong, way too much salt or ice cold (shrimp) The restaurant had 5 tables and a few waitresses. Service was awful food was not good. I visit Cody often for work and will NEVER come back here. You would think of a Friday night, they would be able to make sure food was hot and service is good.

The door stated they where open until 9:00, but when we walked in at 8:15, we stood there, but no one came to seat us. We could see several employees looking at us from the waitress area. Eventually, one of them came over and said the hostess will be right with you. Since it was a little later in the evening as a courtesy we asked if we still have time to order before you close. The employees all looked at each other shrugged their shoulders and never really answered. So I asked a waitress that was standing there what time they closed and she responded 8:30. I said the sign on the door says 9:00. Once again no one answered. They made it very obvious they did not want to serve us so we walked out. Have no idea how the food was because we never got far enough to even be seated.

We we’re staying in Cody and we’re hungry from a day at Yellowstone. It was 45 minutes to close when we got in. The ribeye was one of the best I have had in a long time!!! Service was out standing and my wife’s shrimp was very good also.

I would not recommend this place to eat! ordered ribs and they were very dry with no sauce! our waitress was very nice but they were under staffed! the cheesecake was a very tiny piece and pricey. very limited menuwe won't be going back
