Rosa’s Ruben’s - Cody

When we drove out of Cody, we ran over this food truck on a gravel parking lot. I'm so glad we did it. It was at noon so we had a small waiting time, but with the surrounding view that was not a problem. It was so delicious and I wish I had lived closer so I could eat more often. I had the chicken cups with green sauce and my husband had the burrito. Keep the amazing work!

We came to find Eager-Esser in their vehicles waiting to be called for dinner. When we asked to hide it, they definitely said it was worth waiting. You didn't lie. Two of us have the nachos and two of us have the super Burritos. These delicious creations were tasteful and satisfying until the last bite. Do not wait too late, they are open until 8:00 each night.

The Tacos were some of the best. The al pastor was amazing! To finish it we had a great chat with the owners who are so sweet and welcoming. Would highly recommend this place!

Rosa's Ruben have an amazing food! The tacos are a must, but you cannot go wrong with nothing on the menu.
