Mcdonald's - Cocoa Beach

I went to this McDonald's for a late lunch with my family. The person taking our order had difficulty understanding what we wanted, which made me repeat it twice. When I got to the first window, I discovered that the order was still incorrect, so I had to repeat it once more. After paying and moving to the second window, the attendant did not give us the complete order; a couple of items were missing, and the items we did receive still didn't match what we ordered. I'm definitely going to think twice about returning to this restaurant in the future.

When we got home, we realized there was no salt and pepper for the eggs or ketchup for the hash browns, even though we received pancake syrup that we didn't order. The takeaway is to make sure you ask for everything you need, as they might forget it.

The service was good, but they left some of my items in the bag, and I didn't realize it until we got home.

Awful service. The place was dirty. Literally, every table top was dirty. I had to clean my own table. No one was at the front. Had to wait over 5min before someone came up. I placed a mobile order and it took over 20 min to get my food. My party took 30 min to get their food. This location is the worst. Extremely dissatisfied with the service!

McDonald's food is cooked to perfection. The drive-thru service was quick, and my order was accurate. I have no complaints!
