Denny's - Cocoa Beach

We stopped on the 11th day on our way home on this Denny. We were a party of 5. We were immediately greeted and just sitting there. Our waitress Francine was AMAZING! Your customer service was impeccable. From us a great advice to keep the coffee for my father. Her smiles and her great mood were contagious and we immediately knew we were in good hands. The food came out quickly and the coffee refills came too. Kudos also to the chefs! The food was GREAT! The pumpkin Pecan pancakes and the Cinnamon Roll pancakes were Fluffy and so delicious! Even the Lord who had cleaned the table was very nice and immediately took the plates away when they were emptied. Needless to say between the great customer service and the delicious food we like to stop at Denny! It would be nice to receive this customer service in any restaurant or business we are going to. Big job Denny?

Had no brewed iced tea ? because had no tea bags to brew it! Jeremy was a great server and his smile and personality was a plus!! Food was hot ? when served, cooked to order. Moons over my Hammy was grilled too dark, but was quickly corrected/replaced. Restaurant was very clean and organized.

So glad we stopped here! We are visiting for the boat races and ate here for breakfast. Despite being packed full and the waitresses running around like crazy, everything was amazing..Our server, Joann, was absolutely wonderful. Food came out surprisingly fast and was delicious. The entire staff smiled and joked around together the whole time even though they were busy, it was very nice to see employees who seemed to enjoy being at work.

Saturday 11am and waiting area packed but only 6 tables used in whole restaurant. Waited 35min to be seated. All the while seeing only one waitress in the building. She was good, quick, accurate but woefully understaffed. She got a good tip from us but restaurant business is suffering due to lack of staffing. I won't go back.

I believe we waited 45 mins for nachos, 2 eggs 2 small pieces of bacon 2 sausage and hashbrowns. I got my pancakes 15 mins early, no syrup. I asked for Diet Coke. Twice received Coke. Pancakes fresh. Other food? Horrible. Bacon I believe came from grease hopper. Same for hashbrowns. Place smelled fishy. Disappointed. No other customers but a table of 4.
