Wendy's - Cockeysville

I've dined there several times in the past few months. While the food has generally been decent, during my most recent visit, I noticed that the cook was handling my nuggets with his bare hands while placing them in the box. He didn't use any utensils or gloves, and he had just touched the kitchen door and the cash register beforehand. This experience has led me to decide that I won't be returning.

It took 30 minutes to get my breakfast, and they forgot one of the items I ordered. Instead of the honey chicken biscuit I paid for, I received sausage.

I placed a mobile order, but when I arrived, their system was down. The person taking orders told me there was nothing she could do, and I asked her why the app allowed me to place an order in the first place. I then went to the window, got out of my car, and knocked on the window. The manager, Chris, responded similarly but ultimately resolved my issue by asking what my order was and making it for me. I'm giving a five-star rating because of Chris—he was respectful and professional.

Location was pretty clean, service was fast and friendly, food was good. 5 bucks for a burger, 4 nugs, small fry, and small soda is a steal. I liked the cane soda in the fountain machine. Wanted saucy nugs but they were too rich for my blood today. I’d eat there again, especially if I only had 6 bucks.

No problems! Friendly drive thru staff. The order was accurate. Late night they were busy but we didn't wait long.
