Chick-Fil-A - Cockeysville

I don't often review fast food restaurants, but I was SO impressed with the service at this restaurant from the second we walked in the door.

Go to Hunt Valley, save your sanity I used to go here all the time, but after the renovation their quality has gone WAY down.

So i did a review 7 months ago, but I have to do another one today.. 9/7/2017 Lately I haven't ate here as much.

This is Possibly the worst chic-fil-a I?ve ever been too! Everytime I come here my order is completely INCORRECT! The inconsistencies with this location is mind blowing. Just wow

How can a Chick-fil-A be terrible. My experience tonight was just that. They had me waiting in the drive-through line for 17 minutes. Telling me that I ordered some thing that had to be made fresh. When they handed me the bag and I drove off the frieswere freezing cold. I?ve never had an experience like this at any Chick-fil-A. They had me pull up ahead of all the cars, andthere were 10 cars that were after me that left with their food before mine. Fresh food doesn?t take 17 minutes to cook and howcould it have been fresh when they gave me cold fries.
