It is so confusing with the information that we try to research for ourselves, it can be very contradictory and sometimes ending up doing more harm than good. Tanya is so transparent and makes everything makes sense of all the questions that I have asked her. As part of her community she often does product reviews and gives a star rating out of 5. I truly give Tanya six stars...yes 6! Because that’s how much difference she could make In anyone’s life looking for a natural wellness journey with a trusted and amazing health practitioner! TLC Holistic has helped me discover new ways to add nutritional value to my meals without compromising taste and texture! Tanya shares her passion for holistic health through the recipes she creates and the content she shares with her community. I've been included TLC recipes into my weekly meal planning for months now without hesitation. Her recipes and knowledge allow me to feel great about the choices I am taking every day towards a healthier and happier me. Some of my favourites are her Tofu Scramble, Cacao Waffles, and her coconut-bacon bits!
If you want to improve your quality of life seeing Tanya is a must. I never imagined that when I went to see her about meal planning for my food sensitivities that I would learn so much more. I am more open to including plant based foods in my life as the recipes she shares are so delicious. It doesn't end there. Tanya is so knowledgeable about the impact the environment and products we use daily have on our bodies. I am more conscientious about the choices I make now. I am so happy I made the choice to do something for myself and feel excited about it...so my question to those reading this review is, what are you waiting for...connect with Tanya.
