Marcys Place - Coalgate

I am sorry to inform you that this restaurant has permanently closed. Despite having good food and service, the impact of COVID-19 led to their closure.

The food is always good and the service is great at this diner/restaurant. I have been here many times and never had any complaints. I will definitely be back and highly recommend making a stop here. You will not be disappointed. Thank you. Your new friend, Mr. Rick.

The food at this restaurant was mediocre, and I felt like I could easily make a similar dish myself even though I'm not a great cook. I wouldn't recommend this place, but thankfully there's a Sonic nearby.

Went for breakfast this morning. Waited 20 +minutes for order. Food not bad except burnt biscuits. Other people coming in did not have to wait that long for food.

This is Coalgate, a small town in the USA that you just have to love! If you're in Coalgate, you must visit Marcy's Place. They offer an all-you-can-eat buffet that is top-notch. The meatloaf is a must-try, and the sweet tea is just like home-cooked. The fried pies (peach, apple, cherry) are a specialty of Southern Oklahoma. The atmosphere is charming, like something out of a movie with a quaint cafe. The staff is excellent, with one waitress handling the whole place with grace and courtesy. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, making you feel like family. The unisex bathroom is very clean. Overall, Marcy's Place is a fantastic spot that you should definitely check out, located across from the Public Safety Building.
