Eh, makes no difference what I might say, fortunately not to many people outside of the local community will ever go to this place !!And any good reviews are only cause of the bottom feeder type palates the local people and Pennsylvanians in general , tend to have .
UPDATE: I received a message from the owner and he personally apologized for the incident and issued me a full refund. He took literal ownership of it and he probably wasn’t even there. This is proof that business owners cannot oversee everything, but have the power to make it right. I didn’t even care about the refund at this point, just to let him know how I was treated. The point of this is to let everyone know that they will make things right if you contact him. Thank you, Geno! First, let me say that I’ve always enjoyed Brewsers food and enjoyed going there. Until tonight, I’d have given them a 5/5. However, things changed tonight when I called in after picking up my Internet order. I had ordered a burger plain as you can see in my online order screenshot. I’ve done that exact order many, many times before. We got it home, opened it up, and it was loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and pickles (please see attached photos). I called and I was handed off to a woman named Tracy, who I assumed to be a supervisor of some sort. She told me the best she could do was to give me the burger half off, since she didn’t know if I already ate it and was lying about it just to get a free burger. Mind you, my total was over $50, so a free burger would not have made a dent in my bill. I asked her if she really thought I’d take the time from eating my food to call in if I was lying. She said she thought I was lying to get a free burger and without seeing it she cannot believe me. She called me a liar. I asked her to speak to someone who can take care of this and she told me she’s not a manager. I then asked her again why she couldn’t help me and she must have left the phone on the bar and walked away, because I heard her talking about me, but she never came back to the phone. Please see a screenshot of the length of my call, as well as several attempts to call back and leave a message for someone else to call me back, but no resolve, since the phone must have been hung up and taken off the hook as it was busy several times. Once again, great food, great owners, great atmosphere, but sometimes one employee makes all of the difference. Oh yes, and I thought I’d put a photo in of the tomato and lettuce I tried to scrape off that was in the trash to prove that I’m not a liar.
