Wow idk who that manager thinks she is but the way she treats those poor teenagers that work there and yells at them infront of customers is so abusive those kids don?t deserve to be yelled at like that by some older lady who decided her career was goingto be working as a manager for carl?s jr.! she should have more sympathy especially during rush hour these are literallychildren !!! if she?s so comfortable verbally abusing the young workers infront of customers imagine what she says when shethinks no one is listening ?! idk why they don?t train their service leaders better they should be ashamed of themselves

I ordered at the drive thru. Approached the window and handed the girl my card. She charged me for a shake, I ordered a #2. They didn't even have my order which is weird. However, when the girl advised the manager of the situation, the manager beganberating her staff. Very unprofessional. I told the manager to give me my money back and try being nicer to her staff. Even ifthey made a mistake they should be addressed with more courtesy.

I celebrated my birthday in this great restaurant today. We had a nice evening and the place was clearly the reason for the strong event. The crew cooperated in a magnificent style, the food was extremely good and my friends were very enthusiastic. We will come back for more cheerful events. Thank you.
