Carl's Jr. - Coachella

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. It took about 20 minutes for my food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was lukewarm. To make matters worse, the staff only allowed me to use two of my three coupons, whereas I’ve always been able to use multiple coupons at other Carl's Jr. locations. Given this experience, I don’t plan on returning to this location anytime soon.

I found my experience at this restaurant to be quite disappointing. They seem to be featuring political shows on TV that label people like me as liars. It would be nice if they could keep politics out of the dining experience. Because of this, I don't plan on returning.

I've been waiting over 30 minutes for my food, and I placed my order well in advance through the app. I'm not angry, just disappointed.

Carl's is solid, but definitely needs healthier options, for sure. The beyond burger is alright, and the roasted beef (while seasonal) is super good.

The buns were hard around the edges and dry. You'd think with as much business this place gets, they would have fresher food
