Contribuiți la feedbackThe special Salted Chicken ($66, recommended) is also outstanding, with a fresh and savory chicken flavor enhanced by the salt seasoning. The tender and smooth chicken meat leaves you wanting more, especially when paired with the essential ginger sauce. For snacks, the Drunken Chicken Roll ($50, recommended) is a popular choice. Each roll is fragrant with the aroma of Chinese wine, and the chicken meat is both flavorful and nourishing. It's absolutely delicious and worth indulging in. Each meal combo includes rice, noodles, drinks, and a soup. I highly recommend the restaurant's soup, as they are meticulously prepared with natural ingredients and no added MSG.
Will definitely go back to this roast meat restaurant in Yuen Long. Discovered a high-quality roast meat restaurant during dinner time, where the meat is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The quality is really good, rumored to be run by a chef from a five-star hotel. After trying it once, I will definitely go back. Ordered two dinner sets, which included soup (green and red cabbage soup) and white rice. The honey BBQ pork king for $76 is a must-try, with perfect distribution of meat and fat, and a crispy skin. It is very tender and not tough at all, very flavorful. The secret sauce braised duck for $68 is also very tender, not too salty, and has a sweet and sour vinegar sauce that is very appetizing. Also ordered a side dish of braised intestines for $45, which was clean and had no fishy taste, with a soft and chewy texture and a great combo with scallion sauce. The braised tofu was also very flavorful. Tried it once and will continue to support. The price is reasonable for such high-quality roast meat. The restaurant is not very crowded during dinner time, but the takeaway orders are constant. Definitely a top choice for a home-cooked meal. [Credit to Instagram: @mroolong]
Yuen Long is truly a haven for foodies. This Cantonese barbecue restaurant, run by a master chef from a five-star hotel, seems to be a hidden gem that not many people know about. The restaurant insists on making everything fresh daily. Personally, I love their char siu (barbecue pork). Their barbecue dishes are truly exceptional, and they even sell handcrafted, MSG-free dumplings. The service is excellent, especially the friendly waitresses. The Godly Char Siu Rice for $58 is a must-try, as their char siu is their signature dish. The honey-glazed char siu is tender and perfectly balanced in terms of fat and lean meat. The crispy edges and runny egg yolk add extra flavor. The Sweet Soy Sauce Lo Mein with Crispy Duck Rice for $56 was a surprising delight. The duck was even more flavorful than the char siu, with a delicious secret marinade. The portion was generous and the presentation was top-notch. Although barbecue is their specialty, the Jing Chong Money Belly for $45 was a pleasant surprise as well. This spicy dish was bursting with flavor and had a strong black pepper taste. It came with a homemade soup, today's selection being papaya, peanuts, mung beans, and snow fungus pork bone soup - very hearty and fragrant. It also helps to cool and detoxify the body. Located at Shop 10 and 14, G/F, Siu Fung Building, 68 Yuen Long Education Road, Yuen Long, this restaurant is a must-visit in Yuen Long.
Very high quality roasted meat at an affordable price. Convenient location in yuen long. Their chasiu was amazing and literally keeps us going back every one or two weeks. This time tried their roasted duck with plum sauce, and the salty chicken, both were delicious and generously portioned. Could go with a little bit of greens on the side though!
套餐可選冇味精老火湯, 义燒做得好, 可惜座位環境較迫又沒有圍板分隔枱座
