Dunkin' - Clyde

Dunkin' in Clyde is slow in the morning. If you're in a rush and there is a line, I wouldn't stop. I have been satisfied with my drink but the wait is bad.

I Stood in the lobby for 20 min before anyone even acnolaged that there where people waiting. Which is ok I get it they get busy but to let a line of people stand there for that long and not even say hey we know your there where just busy ... then after I finally ordered the lady walked away from the counter and left the other 3 people behind me standing in disbelief that she actually just walked away with out at least taking there order. I stood for another 10 min

Sat in drive through for over 30 minutes for a 2 drink mobile order. Had to pull off and go in and it took another 20 minutes to get the drinks that we had already paid for. If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. Never going back to this store.

Last Sunday around 12:30 two of us stopped to get donuts. Entered the lobby, waited over 10 minutes, not even a hello. Just watched the drive through get service, so we left!

4 out 5 employees had smiles on their face while taking and serving orders. Fast and friendly service. Clean location and fresh donuts/beverages. Clyde runs on Dunkin and friendly staff at this location. Check out the pictures associated with this review and follow on Insta @ifooditie
