Old Mill Seafood & Dairy Bar

I absolutely adore their ice cream and milkshakes! We typically order the fish and chips, but recently it hasn't been sitting well with us so we've stopped ordering it. It's possible they don't change their oil frequently. It's disappointing that the restaurant closed earlier than usual this year, but I'm optimistic that the new owners will be dedicated to extending the season and improving the service.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The ambiance was enhanced by listening to classic rock and roll music during lunch. I opted for the fish and chips, which came in a generous portion of fresh haddock. I was so satisfied from lunch that I didn't even have dinner. The fries were delicious and the two people in my group who ordered the fish cakes were also impressed. Overall, it was an excellent lunch.

The fish is really fresh and good. Also had the hot lobster another night and it was good, better than we expected. The soft chocolate icecream is quite good but the chocolate milk shake is the best I've had!!! Very addictive ! Well done !...Also one night we showed up at mins to and wondered if we would get served ! We did !!!! years ago we had then shut the window in our face at ten minutes to closing, so glad customer service has improved

We had to wait a long time to get our order, and it was not very good. Fish fried in bad oil. Fries were so so.

This is a fantastic little restaurant where you can grab a quick bite to eat. The fried clams are delicious! You can also sit down for lunch or dinner. Overall, it's great value for the money.
