El Pollo Loco - Clovis

It's one of my favorite restaurants! I won to call Ashley for great customer service. I recommend that my Hispanic community come here. There are times that do not speak our own way Spanish. Thank you. Ashley goes on to the bright human day! Your Spanish is better than mines lol

Tried the new beef and avocado quesadilla, very good! Wish it was a bit more meat for the almost $10 tho. Hopefully they keep it on the menu!

I'll say that first. I like the chicken here and that's what I usually get. I also give him 2 stars alone because of this fact. I went out of my comfort zone and tried the new Birrie. Cilantro makes my throat itch, so I asked both orders not to have cilantro. I also ordered no avocado on my Queensadilla and the girl's work drive thru assured me that it did not come. I took a few bites and my throat started to itch. Open it and full of cilantro and guess what else.... An avocado. Consumption is not great at all. It's just hot. The Tacos came with hardly birria. Not worth the $20 for three articles, the queen had to throw away. Again, the chicken is delicious here, the Birrie would be better off just to it at each of the hundreds of taco trucks from every week. So it won't be eaten again.

I was really disappointed with my experience at the restaurant, especially considering their emphasis on fresh food. My Chicken Avocado Burrito was mostly packed with cabbage and contained rotten avocados. If a restaurant can’t prepare healthy meals, they shouldn’t be advertising them as such. It’s unacceptable to serve spoiled food and it really ruined what should have been a nice Sunday evening out.

First time we went the cashier with glasses was extremely rude with us when we ask the manager she told us she had Down syndrome so we were like okay understandable, but this second time around we went was just awful the guy at the drive threw was talking like a teenage girl to us which we weren’t sure how to take it so we just ignored it and left to eat our food when halfway eating we noticed a blond colored hair with some blue in it my daughter and wife then started throwing up we are currently in the urgent care getting medical help what a awful experience and the manager on duty acted like it wasn’t a big deal
