Dunkin' - Clovis

Great place for coffee and donuts especially early in the morning and all throughout the day however the app that you can use to get discounts and other perks and awards doesn't seem to connect to the one on Western Street very well and might have a bug in it because the past two times I've done it to go pick up through drive-thru I've basically had to read the order the past two times and it obviously takes the convenience out of it which is why you get the app in the first place.

The manager at this restaurant was incredibly rude. As a truck driver, this was the only option available for me to eat. I have a gluten allergy and I simply requested that my breakfast burrito be made without the flour tortilla. I was rudely told that they would not accommodate my request. When I asked the snarky manager if he was seriously going to make me eat something that could harm me, he responded with a sarcastic "yes". Overall, a negative experience with unprofessional staff.

I used to live on the northeast coast where Dunkin' Donuts was a common sight. Personally, I didn't care for their coffee and found their donuts to be not very fresh. I was surprised to learn that they actually ship them to the stores. This was a big disappointment for me. Whenever I see a Dunkin' Donuts, I immediately start searching for another donut shop. I prefer to support local businesses rather than corporate chains.

The staff at this restaurant is consistently courteous and attentive.

This Dunkin' Donuts location is self-serve, offering a variety of beverages such as hot coffee, Dunkaccino, iced coffee, and iced tea, along with plenty of flavors to customize your drink. Don't forget to specify how you like your coffee made as you would at a regular Dunkin' Donuts. They also offer a selection of fresh donuts, which was a pleasant surprise.
