The food was delicious! They were accommodating and put the gravy on the side of the mashed potatoes as requested, which was fantastic. The meat on the sandwich was a bit dry, but I ordered right before closing so I understand. Adding some barbecue sauce really improved it. I will definitely order again, but the prices might make it a special treat rather than a regular occurrence.

The prime rib is usually fantastic, served with delicious sauces and au jus. However, on this occasion, it was a disappointment – no utensils, no sauces, and slightly overcooked. Fortunately, I had plenty of supplies at home, or this meal would have been a disaster.

I have been a longtime fan of Cool Hand Luke's, especially their steak bites. However, after my last visit, I will not be returning. I am unsure if the steak bites were even made of beef because they did not look or taste right. They were dry and had a strange appearance. I can no longer trust the quality of the food here.

My prime rib was not medium and was dry...so dry it choked me.
