Contribuiți la feedbackCame during covid thinking that with the music would be nice atmosphere to enjoy with my family outside safely. Extremely disappointed. The food was very poorly made. Ordered fish and fries and the fries were ice cold. Had the try tip tacos, was extremely dry with no sauce. Our waiter was very rude and definitely not using any of the Covid safety precautions. She didn't wipe down our table or disinfect very well prior to us sitting down. When she came to get our order, she got it wrong and then accused me of telling her the wrong food choice item. Then she charged us for water without asking. At the end when getting the check she was inches away from my face speaking into my face with no mask. Very disappointed will not be returning.
A must for beer lovers! The Raisin Farmer Ale (RFA) is world class. But more importantly, the people behind this effort have put their hearts into this. And it shows. It's in the beer, the place, the service, the food... I've brewed beer myself, and I've met world class brewers, and the beers at 559 Beer are right up there with the best. But the food is great as well. So you're in luck! They have great beers and excellent food too. And they're smack dab in the middle of old town Clovis. It's a perfect setting with charm and tasty beer.
"Great Beer, Great Food, Wonderful View! "I could not believe my good fortune! I 've never been here before, but decided to give this taproom a try. I felt right at home as soon as I walked in the front door. The server, Sparkle, was super friendly, and made some great suggestions for me.Guess what--they have a band coming in a few hours with a saxophone! I 'm pretty sure they 're bringing the band in just for me, but I could be wrong.During the crisis, you have to sit outside of course, but no problem. They 've got a lot of tables on the patio, where you get a great view of the downtown area.So there I was, relaxing with a wonderful plate of street tacos, and a beer in hand, watching the beautiful downtown Clovis area.On my visit today I ordered a Pilsner and paired it with fish tacos. Yes, the pilsner was good, but I expected that. The two fish tacos surprise me. They are actually quite large. They 're made in a little different style than I 'm used to. The tortillas are actually more crunchy, with crunchy fish, of course, as well as cabbage and a mild sauce. It also includes slices of lime. It doesn 't get any better than this folks. So all around, a wonderful visit. One of my favorite breweries, in one of my favorite towns.
Do not eat here. I don't know if the beer is good but the food was terrible. They must have used old oil because the fried fish was inedible, completely burned. The menu said the fish and chips came with three fillets, I only got 2 and they were incredibly small and encased in a mountain of burnt batter. The veggie spring rolls were pretty bad too. Only savior of this place is they have live music on Friday night.
Over priced fried food in old oil. I had veggie spring rolls and fish and chips. Great live music though.
