Mcdonald's - Clover

The service has been improving lately! There were no missing items in our orders, and the food was fresh and well-prepared. However, the staff could still be a bit friendlier. I understand that everyone is under a lot of stress these days, but a smile and a friendly greeting can really make a difference!

I really enjoy using the McDonald's app. However, I can't seem to delete my last orders? It ends up ordering 20 caramel frappes! I suppose I could freeze them and take my time with it. My mother is a big fan of the new crispy chicken!

The food is exactly what you’d expect from a McDonald's for lunch—nothing out of the ordinary, and they currently don’t offer salads. The interior has been recently renovated, so everything feels fresh and new. However, the service was a major drawback. To be blunt, the manager was quite rude to several customers. She refused to accept cash, instructing customers to use the drive-thru if they had cash. You can only place orders through the self-service kiosks or via phone, which frustrated many people. While I was there, two customers even called the corporate office to voice their complaints. With so many fast food options in Lake Wylie, I would recommend trying another place and skipping this one!

I just wanted to get a McFlurry, and the guy in the car said the machine's down? He answered? Damn right? He's lucky we didn't have kids in the car! I hope a manager sees it. So we went to Wendy?s and got a Frosty!!!! Thanks to Wendy?s for cleaning her machine not early!!!!

Extremely slow ride thru. They're usually something hotter. Only other thing is that the bungalow is usually hard
