However, when I stepped inside, I found the restaurant completely empty except for one person working behind the counter. She glanced up and informed me that they were closed. I pointed out that the sign clearly stated they closed at 8:45 PM, to which she replied it was actually 8:40 PM. I checked my watch again, which confirmed it was still 8:38 PM. She insisted they were done for the night. I expressed my frustration, saying it seemed unreasonable that they couldn't prepare a to-go order in seven minutes. She stood firm, stating they were closed. I told her this was ridiculous and that I would return to speak with a manager. I understand if they were shutting down for dine-in customers, but if you're advertised to be open until a certain time, you should serve your customers until then. Lately, I’m encountering too many businesses where young employees lack work ethic and customer service skills. It’s disheartening to be treated as a burden when I’m simply trying to make a purchase. I’m paying for a service, and with attitudes like this, I’m seriously reconsidering whether I’ll return.

Unfortunately, they do not have their dining room open for customers. Used to be such a nice place to eat with my family. They need to hire more people and open their dining room. Takeout only and dining room closed for over two years now. The Such a nice facility wasted. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Tuesday, September 26 8:10pm Tried to call Kochi to place an order for pickup, the message on their phone goes through all the dates and times throughout the entire year when they're open and closed then says press 1 to place an order, when you press 1 it disconnects you. This place has been a joke since it switched from Saki to Kochi. Its like the entire operation is run by inept teenagers.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and the food was disappointing. On one occasion, they were completely out of rice! I recently drove by and noticed a sign at the drive-thru that said "No sushi" — at a sushi restaurant! It's just not acceptable.
