Costa coffee latte, in particular! is beautiful creamy when made right! But... it depends totally on who does it... it's expensive. sometimes they are served a very bad try of a creamy latte

Great eating and tasty drinks, staff really good too, but I put it an evaluation 3 as I was annoying when they start to float the place an hour earlier, I get it, they want to come home when they are finished, but what is with the customer experience. would they prefer to make a good cozy place to be with friends to consume only their products (perhaps more) also here are the problems of leadership, not the employees who are great.

Bring back the toast, I don't want a sweet bungalow for breakfast.
