First country pub I’ve come accross which doesn’t allow dogs a stern, grumpy, non apologetic look on the lady behind the bar. Shame.

First time visiting, 7 of us in our group out for a birthday meal. Food was great, very tasty and large servings Price per person: £30–40 Recommended dishes: Chicken Hama Leek Pie, Jam Roly Poly and Custard

It might be a lovely pub, but I was not let in as I had a small dog and was wearing hiking boots. Next time you plan to make a visit to this country pub, it might be worth considering wearing a penguin suit with the tie.
