Best Western Plus Villa Saint Antoine Hôtel

On visit to Clisson, comfortable bedding room but limited storage. A practical shower corner. Unmade room and towels not changed. Hotel disappointing for a 4*, charming staff at the restaurant and reception. Personal problem for room service, damage a hotel. Rooms: 2 Service: 3 Location: 5

Great hotel for one night, reservation made by our work for Christmas dinner. House, location and breakfast upstairs. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Very disappointing, lock of the broken room so I find myself with a key and lock that moves in all directions (we feel safe broken heating so they put a small heating blowing in the room so either you are hot with a noise of blowing that prevents you from sleeping all night or then you are cold but you are quiet. And when you dare to talk about it, the manager explains that it’s hard to make things right now. So the price is well in the standard best western but the quality is very far away. So unless you have a toolbox with you but otherwise run the hotel, there’s another much better quality.
