Hardee's - Clintwood

Yesterday morning, I took my mother with us. She's usually quiet and doesn't comment on anything, but yesterday she expressed that she never wanted to eat here again. I'm incredibly disappointed with the staff and the food quality. The establishment was dirty—I understand that some mess is expected, but this was just unacceptable. I asked the cashier, Michaela, if she could make our hash rounds fresh. She didn't respond, so I repeated my request. She handed me our cups and jelly without saying a word, so I knew she heard me. When I thanked her, there was still no response. After over 20 minutes, I went to check on our food, and she simply handed it to me while still staring at her long pink nails. When I got to our table, I found that the tater rounds were completely dried out. I refused to wait another 20 minutes, so they went straight into the trash. The gravy was awful, everything was cold, and the coffee was terrible. I ended up throwing away $17.63. I'm done with Hardee's. I've tried to be patient and understanding, but it's clear that they need better staff and to pay them fairly. There should also be some basic rules for customer service. If the staff wants to have long nails, they need to be more focused on the customers and their food instead of their appearance. And for the love of everything, stop smoking in the doorway and please wash your hands! I'm just not happy at all!

I woke up early as usual and was craving some good breakfast from the fast food place down the street, but unfortunately, that’s not what I got. Instead, I found a bag with hash browns tossed haphazardly at the bottom, and a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit that came without the cheese I specifically asked for. To top it off, the egg was cold. I would rate this a 2 out of 10 and definitely do not recommend it.

I walked in this morning to find several local patrons enjoying coffee and chatting. The place was quite busy, and Tanner did an excellent job handling the customers. Our food arrived in a timely manner. However, the hash rounds were a light brown color, barely warm, and a bit soggy—I would have preferred them to be hot and crunchy, but my daughter enjoyed them. The biscuits were tasty, and the iced coffee was good as well, though I would have liked it with less milk. I appreciated that they offered Splenda. Thank you, Tanner! Great job! Keep it up! Yeehaw!

The fries and soda machines leave much to be desired. The fries are rarely fresh, and the soda flavors are not quite right. Additionally, some of the staff seem a bit untrustworthy. Prices are quite high unless you're using a coupon.
