Subway - Clintonville

Didn't even get a chance to order anything, because was told before we even got to the counter or could say a word that it would be at least 10 minutes because she had online order first. I understand having orders up first, but not a sorry or anything, just rudeness and attitude. Wish I could have done zero stars all the way around, I'm sorry but that was ridiculous. So had to settle for McDonald's. Not my first choice by any means. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other

Not to happy. Got a sub about two weeks ago and they missed up and I ended up calling and was told I would have a free sub for next time. Sent my mom in to get lunch and to get the free sub. The lady was vary rude and said my free sub was sitting there for over a month so they ripped it off the wall. My mom walked out and said that that’s rude for just coming at her like that and told her we would not be back. Then just because my mom said that and walked out she chased my mom out the door saying that my name was up there and she would like to fix it and she apologized we are not they type to complain about food. I get it mistakes happen I worked in food before. But there is not reason to be rude!!!!! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Try not to put a half bottle of sauce on my subs please, thanks. Even when I request less sauce, I am still drowning in it. Who on Earth wants a soggy sauce mess of a sub? Tuna 6 inch, between $6-$7. But I bought the value meal which was around $10. Tuna was great. Vegetarian options: Cucumbers, lettuce, spinach, Parking: Parking right next to subway is tight and shared with another business. Able to fit 8 cars only.
