Slow drive-thru line even if you're the only customer there. Multiple times chicken texture is rubber

One of the WORST locations I have EVER been to! The inside is always locked even though it should be open. Drive-thru is always RIDICULOUSLY slow and staff aren’t the friendliest. They NEVER have sweet tea and sadly our order has gotten messed up more times than I care to say. Tonight was the last straw. We drove up to drive-thru to place an order and was greeted with a very long list of items that they didn’t have. We ended up not ordering anything because they didn’t have most of their menu items. This location needs an overhaul!!!

Dirve threw took forever and was missing our sides and no napkins or honey for biscuits

The young lady that took the order is super rude nasty attitude ghetto this location needs manager at all times
