Buffalo Wild Wings - Clinton Twp

Ashley with glasses and dirty blonde hair was my takeout cashier and she was pretty rude to me. The way she acknowledged me felt like I was bothering her since it was during slow hours and I was the only takeout customer. She proceeded to poorly explain to me that I have to get my own takeout food when there is a brown bag on the rack . Two things: I 've never had to do that myself. They always proceeded to HAND me my food. Plus, there was NO sign that said help yourself . Second: what if I didn 't have a brown bag and therefore still was unaware my food was ready? I don 't understand why she had to make her job of handing me food hard and treat customers poorly for it. With that attitude, I can only imagine that 's how the rest of the staff are.

Service is always great and food however, the last couple times I went, the tater tots had a very strange texture to them. Not sure if it's the grease or what.

Great food and prompt service. Our waitress Caroline was attentive and friendly. Had a great dinner!

Last night a young server took care of us cooks in back messed up my order but he fixed it promptly and apologized. That is the service I like !

On the downside! Only busy on game nights. Food is not great
