Fast and good customer service. Exactly what I ask for in customer service and don't forget the soda was great also.

Love the drinks but the pretzel bites were gross. I had 3 orders of pretzel bites today. They were dry. I should have gone back for a refund/exchange but was limited on time. I called and told them that they needed to quality control check their pretzel bites. The employee told me they’d let their makers know. I have 2 more fundraiser cards for “free” pretzel bites. Please fix your pretzel bites! So disappointing.

Unpopular opinion, but the drinks aren't even that good. I'd rather go to fizz or Dutch bros. It's overpriced. I spent $10 on two plain drinks. The last time we went we ordered the pretzel bites and were asked to park around the corner and they'd bring them out. We were completely forgotten about. My bf went in for them, and thank goodness he had, or who knows how long we would have sat there. The pretzel bites were gross anyway. I'm not planning on wasting my money there any more.

Me and my wife walked into order drinks. When we walked in the girl at the cash register told us one minute and she'd be with us. While we were waiting the three girls in the back were messing around and making them a drink with their own swig branded metal mugs and talking about boys. We waited 10 minutes and finally decided to leave. They asked us why we were leaving we told them they didn't ask us about the order or didn't provide any sort of customer service at all. Will not be going back! Go to fizz right down the road instead they make their drinks fresh and their customer service is on point!

We love Swig! They are always so quick! We can’t go longer than a couple days without a beach babe and a piña colada with strawberry boba.
