However, I was disappointed to find out that they do not honor the $5 footlong deal when ordering in pairs on the app. I visited on 8-12-2020 and placed an order for two footlong sandwiches (meatball and sweet onion chicken teriyaki) and a steak and cheese wrap. I requested for the sandwiches to be toasted, but they ended up being too hard. The steak and cheese wrap was also served ice cold. Upon arriving home, which was about 12 miles away, I was not pleased with the food at all. The cheese in the wrap was not melted, indicating that the steak was never heated. I am very disappointed with the quality of the food. I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the young lady working at the restaurant was nice and customer-oriented. I will not be ordering from this establishment again.
This restaurant is fantastic. They serve high-quality sandwiches made with fresh ingredients. While it may not be as lively as it was before the pandemic, you can't go wrong with a BMT sandwich. I don't care about Jarred's supposed health benefits, their sandwiches are just delicious!
This used to be the best subway. Sadly I think the manager has quit recently within the last month because everytime we eat there now our food is always messed up. we order online and pick it up. I guess you have to physically go in to make sure your order isn't made wrong and you dont get old bread. Wrong sauces on orders and bread switches around just overall really disappointed with the decline in service of what used to be one of my favorite places to eat
The restaurant is very clean and has friendly staff. My wife enjoys their Tuna sandwich, despite any controversy surrounding it. I personally always order the Italian BMT sandwich, which is my favorite. The toppings and bread were fresh and delicious.
The employees were fabulous. The facility was clean. It is the menu and lack of options. The chain has eliminated so many choices that it isnt a good option anymore. I don't fault this franchise but Subway itself.
