Project Brunch - Clinton

This was my first visit, and it was ideal for a cozy breakfast date with my wife. The restaurant offered unique twists on some classic dishes. The food was outstanding, and the flavors complemented each other beautifully. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend giving this place a try—you won't be disappointed! I will definitely return, and I’m excited to try one of their special hot chocolates!

We had an amazing experience at Project Brunch. Their menu is unique, offering a delightful mix of sweet and savory options. I tried the Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate, and it was fantastic! I’d consider it more of a dessert, and it would pair perfectly with something indulgent. We also ordered the Banana Bread French Toast and the "South of the Benny Border." Both dishes were incredible. The Benny had just the right amount of spice and a rich, layered flavor. The French Toast was crispy and sweet enough that I drizzled syrup all over it. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. We definitely hope to return soon!

My family and I had a great culinary experience. Our waiter Tim) was phenomenal and the food was delicious. A very eclectic menu with many healthy and some not so healthy) decisions. The atmosphere is charming and the location is right at downtown Clinton for a nice to go after dinner. Although some of the menu items are a little expensive, it is worth every penny. I strongly recommend stopping for a meal. You won't regret it!

The food here was excellent. They have a unique range of dishes that offer flavorful new twists on classic brunch options. Service was very good and very friendly. I took half a star off because prices seemed slightly high. Took another half star off because there were gnats flying around the entire meal, landing on the food. I was told they are working hard on eliminating this issue. I trust they will deal with this problem or I would have deducted more stars as this was not too pleasant.
