The Sombrero Tacoria - Clifton

The Birria tacos are delicious but a little greasy. Sombrero chicken quesadillas are tasty. Elote street corn is the best! Chips are perfect, not salty like so many places but the salsa is not tomato salsa. Not sure what it is but good.

Tacos were amazing, but the elote was not good. corn was small and had no flavor.

The Side House Rice was delicious and full of flavor, especially when paired with the Side Black Beans—it was heavenly. The Signature Birria Tacos (3) were outstanding; they're definitely the best I've ever had! The Taquitos (Flautas) were decent, although I didn't expect them to have chunks of meat inside. That said, they weren't bad at all. One thing I do want to mention is that the amount of lettuce on both the birria and the flautas was too small for my liking. On a positive note, the Small Horchata was incredible! I usually don't enjoy it, but this one was so good!

The food was delicious, though a bit on the pricey side. However, the burrito was enormous!

The Signature Birria Tacos (3) are our favorite and consistently delicious. However, the Sombrero Chips with Queso were a major letdown—the queso was just runny nacho cheese from a machine, similar to what you'd find at a movie theater. I expected much better!
