Subway - Clifton Park Center

Absolutely horrible establishment. Place is a mess on the inside, workers are rude and the food is disgusting. Everything was crammed on chunks of cheese falling out, what seemed to be half the worlds supply of banana peppers shoved in one half and as toasted as throwing a piece of bread next to a picture of the sun. Gross

I personally like Subway. Compare to other fast foods, it is very healthy and you have many options to select. I have been in this particular Subway several times, they are very friendly.

It was ok . Your standard Subway shop. Nothing special about it. The guy that made my sub was very nice.

Unfortunately have ordered food from here 4 times, 3/4 have gotten messed up. Now I am the type that doesn 't mind I 'll take the little things but today I ordered food for my coworkers and everyone order was missing dressing. Not a huge deal but I am too far to go back to get this fixed and everyone 's complaining about dry salads. I called spoke to a supervisor who was pleasant and handled my situation nicely and told me she 'll refund. I called back hours later just to make sure they remembered to put the refund through but unfortunately spoke to someone else who basically didn 't understand why a full refund was needed. But in the past when I 've paid for extras on every salad and didn 't receive them I got a shrug and a usually the website doesn 't charge . So now I am putting a negative review not due to the food it 's great when your orders correct but for the customer service as I work in customer service myself and now will be telling my clients to always give it a double looked before choosing this restaurant.

Ordered chicken bacon ranch toasted. Was not toasted. Ordered a B.M.T with bacon. It was just a bacon sandwich, and kindly asked for sauce on the side, didnt happen right on the subs. Did not want to drive back to have order corrected. Was too tired from working at 4 am to make the drive. Pick up time was 6:45 August 19. picked it up at 6:36 if any managers or the owner cares. Will be checking accuracy of orders from now on before leaving.
