1 came here ordered breakfast and some blue haair man came and handed me my food I open the bag and guess what no straw! These mental people working here have no idea what there doing back when I was a kid there wasn't a blue haired old man looking at my kids while they give me food they need to go to a boot camp full of them back in the olden war days Like world war 2 and gas them up I wouldn’t have been mad of it was just a normal person but it was a blue hair man you can put that much work in your hair but forget a straw
Multiple visits. Guy taking payments at drive thru and handing out product had a love affair picking his nose in plain site. Could catch enough personal conversations from employees to write a short story, from love life’s to what they did the night before. Enjoyed the trashy language in the back(assuming where they prepare the sandwiches etc.. Colorful indeed!! SmhWitnessed what appeared to be a new girl getting treated like garbage from what I could gather was an employee playing manager by the name of Karen. The new girl went to the rest room and I could hear employees “badmouthing “ her including picking on her name. Don’t think they realize how loud they are and what can be heard in the dining area while trying to enjoy a coffee and a break from my job. Management should be ashamed and a “clean house” approach by the franchise owners may be a start on improving customer service and some kind of professionalism, starting from management on down. 3 times a week I pay a visit but safe to I'm done with this management circus
Worst service location possible. I’m here sitting in drive thru writing this. Been in the drive thru for almost 25 minutes. After 20 minutes, I pulled up to the front lobby to get my drive thru mobile order instead. As, I’m walking up, the employee closes and locks the doors. I got back in my car and I’m in the drive thru again. Here at the window finally… another 5 minutes without anyone coming up to me. Employee finally comes up and hands me the coffee they made 30 mins ago… cold. I asked if it was still hot and the reply was “it should be”………………………………………….. it was cold. I asked for it to be remade.
The owner of this dunkin must train the employees in this location if he or she wants to stay in business. They are very rude and don't know how to serve people and talk to people.
