The food was disappointing. The coleslaw soup was flavorless, resembling dirty water. The fried dumplings were a disaster—overcooked and tasteless. The egg rolls were small, which was a relief, as they didn't taste good either. I'm left with a plate full of disappointing food that I just want to throw away. I’m really frustrated.

This establishment rounds up your bill to the nearest dollar, which may not be illegal, but it's certainly misleading for customers. We should consider reporting this to the IRS and the Better Business Bureau since we are not being charged accurately, and we don't receive the correct change. As consumers, we have the right to be charged according to the menu prices and to expect a fair exchange; otherwise, it feels like we're being taken advantage of. Additionally, you'll need to ask for any extra utensils or instructions before the cashier prompts you for additional charges. The total is consistently higher than it should be. This place seems to prioritize profits over honesty.

After I patiently took the time to explain my order, I was informed that they only accept cash—no card machines, just cash. What kind of business model and customer service is that? I can’t imagine that many customers would return after such an experience.

Never order sesame chicken from this place, that is the 2nd time this restaurant woke me up in the middle of the night. I wish they knew how to be clean, maybe we wouldn't be in a pandemic.

Delicious food with great service. And they have bubble tea in the store now! Its fresh and tasty, can be comparable to the bubble tea shop! Definity coming back!!!
