Master Noodles - Cleveland

Master Noodle is a simple little restaurant right next to Subway on Middle Street, Cleveland. My Fried Kuai Teow, my favourite, was the tastiest I have had. It was made fresh, with lots of bbq pork, shrimps, chicken, fish cake, vegetables and just the right amount of those delicious flat rice noodles. This can be an oily dish, but this was perfect and the sauce is delicious. The staff are lovely, the cook knows his stuff, we will be back to try out a few more dishes.

We have been getting our food nearly every Saturday for about 5 years when we visit my mums in Cleveland and never never a bad dish , I call him cook and he is the best Asian cook I have ever meet.

Amazing dishes, these guys always produce incredible food. Best in the redlands, hands down!
