Zoss The Swiss Baker

This restaurant is the best in town. As the name suggests, it originates from Switzerland, where baking is a trade union protected profession that requires a five-year training program.

Rated 3.5 stars. Not much to write home about the savory options here. The croissant was bland (more like a dinner roll than a traditional croissant) and the olive and tumbled tea was not very impressive.

Zoss is amazing! Despite driving past it daily for the past two years, I had never tried it until recently, and I must say I was disappointed to have waited so long.

I am always amazed by the quality of the breads at this restaurant. They truly embody the essence of 'culinary arts'. My favorites are the multigrain bread, chocolate chip cookies, and carrot cake muffins. My only disappointment is that they are not open later and closed on Mondays.

Fantastic. This bakery is exceptional. They understand quality. The breads and pastries are absolutely perfect.
