Prior to Covid this was a 5 star meal every time. Now it’s twice the price and the service doesn’t even reflect the old prices. I was quoted one price over the phone and another in store. My food was given to someone else then 3/4 mins later given to me after the error was realized. My turkey burger was uncooked and fry’s were cold. I was then told only calling the manager on the phone would get me a refund. I just dropped all my food and left. Money wasted. Not to mention the staff was there sitting with both shoes off and dirty shoes in the air of this FOOD establishment. Young’s kids ruining it. I been to this restaurant more times than I can count never again.

If I could RATE them zero Stars I WOULD ONE THING I DO FOR SURE IS GIVE CORRECT AND POSITIVE REVIEWS! I CALLED THERE TODAY WHEN I GET OFF WORK TO PLACE A PICKUP ORDER WHEN I CALLED THE FIRST TIME THE YOUNG MAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE IT WAS AROUND 8:15 P.M. ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SAID YEAH WHAT YOU NEED. I HUNG UP THE PHONE TO HAVE MY BOYFRIEND CALLED BECAUSE MAYBE IT WAS JUST NOT A GOOD TIME TO CALL BUT HE CALLED AND EXPERIENCED THE SAME THING IT WAS ON A 3 MINUTE HOLD AND NO ONE NEVER CLICKED BACK OVER. THEN I CALLED BACK AGAIN BECAUSE I REALLY WANTED A BURGER FROM THIS RESTAURANT WHEN I CALLED BACK I SPOKE TO A YOUNG MAN HALFWAY THROUGH TAKING MY ORDER HE SAID OH I'M GOING TO HAND THE PHONE OFF TO HER AND SHE'S GOING TO HELP YOU BUT IT'S TIME I WAS FED UP AND JUST SAID FORGET IT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO RETRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES ON CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST THEY NEED TO START OFF WITH AT LEAST PHONE ETIQUETTE!
