Subway - Cleveland

I placed an online order for grilled chicken extra chicken, double cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, pepper corn ranch and buffalo! Asked that the chicken to be warm before making my sandwich!! I ordered 2 of these.... Even tipped and said thank you so much! To bring it home and get this! Pic included.... I will never come back to this establishment! The one on Clarkesville is hands down ? worth going to! Not this hot mess....

They are always out of different meats. How does a sub shop constantly run out of meat? That is your entire purpose. Either they’re liars, or the person that orders these various meats is completely incompetent.

Worst subway I ever went to. Waited 20mins in line never got served walked out.

I went in yesterday evening to get a plain ham and cheese footlong. I walk in, no hello, i wait for the lady young, dirty blonde, nose ring) to ask the regular questions not realizing i was at the wrong spot the cashier area) and she groans and says “over there” so i walk over there and she tells me they are out of ham and other things but the only thing i personally was wanting was ham. So i substitute with chicken and the entire time she’s being sloppy, slamming things. Made my food look unappetizing. The atmosphere was just uncomfortable. Then a lady walked out welcomed me and made the whole place welcoming. The first girl went in the back at that point and got on her phone. But to the mixed girl who was sweet enough to even say hello and ask how my day was that 2 stars is for you baby!
