Characters Sports Grill - Cleveland

I liked this place. The bartender was really nice. The people at the bar were nice too. I liked the food I had. The steak on the salad was a little tough but that's alright considering the price wasn't bad at all.

As a bartender myself probably had the worse service I've ever had in my life. 6 people at the bar we at there for a good 5 minutes with empty drinks and our apps took 20 minutes. Whiles the bartender talked to 2 guys at the bar showing them dog pictures. I like this place but today was horrible

Went at 6:42 pm during happy hour and the Indians game was on immediately wondered why the patio was empty cept for 3 people and one if which was the manager I believe if memory serves me recently moved back in the area so I don't think I was a customer who frequented the place in the past ordered off the happy hour menu and was denied the happy hour prices I will try to go back early in the day w my receipt to give them the chance to make it right I however don't believe that will happen.Waitress was sweet but seemed new and not quite as much experience as the former waitresses that worked there years.The cook served good food as expected great as always thanks for the cook but however my whole point of this review is if you do not want to honor the prices on your own happy hour menu and hours than completly stop it if not and you continue to do this your simply fraudulent you bait n switched it on the bill facts and gave me happy hour on nachos only

It's a fun little treasure that you will want to try and then try again! The people are fun and kind and the food is spectacular! I'm looking forward to trying new things next time!
