Burger King - Cleveland

Ordered on the app and the cashier kept saying the order hadn't pulled through the system. Refuse to check past orders or if she had accidentally cleared it. I had the receipt pulled up showing it was paid and she refused to give us our food. This was for breakfast. Took me 30 minutes of waiting around to just end up walking out because she ended up walking away. The kitchen staff were willing to make our food for us and she told them not to. It was just inconvenient and upsetting. Had to contact corporate for a refund. I understand not wanting to hand out food to random people, but I had my literal receipt pulled up on my phone. There is a line of protecting the business and helping a customer and they clearly didn't care about the customer.

I tried to dine in at 6:15 but the staff had closed the dining area despite the sign clearly stating the dining area is open till 7.
