Captain D's Seafood Kitchen - Cleveland

The woman in the drive thru rung in our order incorrectly (twice). It would?ve been easy to forgive, but unfortunately she was unapologetic and tried to blame her mistakes on me. She did refund the overcharge and replace the item she messed up, but not without attitude.

My husband and I eat here often and are seldom disappointed with our meals. BUT today we both had baked potatoes that tasted and looked like they were old or had been cooked and recooked. Also we waited for over 20 minutes before our meals were delivered at our tables and then came in takeout boxes, which we accepted since the lady said they ran out of plates. We notice after getting our food the other people got their in plates. My husband told a young lady about our potates and she just said, Thank You. Sorry to say we may not come now as often.

This is the second time in a row we have ordered from this store and received child size chicken strips. Second photo is a side order for almost $4 and that's what you get here now apparently. Is this the standard portion size captain ds? It's sad because me and my family have been coming to this store for almost 20 years.

Great service, food was delicious, quiet with music in the background. Very pleasant visit

I ventured to the other side of town to visit this restaurant. I ordered the shrimp dish and was greeted by a friendly lady. The establishment was clean and the food was delicious.
