Whataburger - Cleveland

Stop here a few times during the trip to and from Houston. You have a huge parking space that is easy to navigate. It is always clean inside and outside. So far, every employee I know has been kind. Our foods were always fresh, hot and the orders were the way we ordered them.

On the way to the south I stopped at the Cleveland Whataburger to grab a bite. When I came in, I noticed how clean the plant was. There were a total of 4 employees who clean different areas of the plant and not only wipe surfaces. They scrub, crashed and disinfected the place. I also saw every single employee. There was great communication between team members and manager was involved, elbows to elbows with other employees. I have never left a comment on any of my experiences online, but that was worth the time. Cleveland Whataburger- great work! An exemplary team performance!

Lunch. Service was amazing. Even with a full lobby. The food was good.

The meal I had today was amazing!!! I ordered a medium whataburger combo and oh boy did not disappoint. The frits were crispy and freshly costed, the burger tasted amazing, and the portion size for the meal was good. If u live or are in the Cleveland region and are looking for a good place to get some delicious good food, then here is the place for you!

I'm a regular customer and I must say, this is my first time writing a review. Now I see different employees here and there but ill like to bring out the attention to the young lady in the window! Rain or shine she will always greet you with hi ,good morning, good night ect. Don't think I can spell her name but I believe it's Loraine. Can't miss her, she has a butterfly tattoo on her hand! Great Customer service!
