The Juicy Seafood - Cleveland

With so many dining choices in the area, we nearly skipped this place, but I'm so glad we decided to stop by! Our server, Hannah, was one of the best waitresses I've ever encountered. She knew the menu inside and out, was incredibly friendly, and just overall fantastic. Honestly, I would have given a five-star rating just for her service alone, but thankfully, the food was just as impressive. I ordered the fried basket pick-two with shrimp, oysters, and sweet potatoes. It was reasonably priced, fresh, and cooked to absolute perfection! Plus, there was so much food that I had leftovers to enjoy later. This place definitely deserves a full five stars—it's truly well earned!

The food here is quite delicious. However, the constant playing of Taylor Swift for over 45 minutes was really annoying and detracted from our enjoyment of the atmosphere and the meal. This started at 4:21 PM and continued until 5:06 PM on November 16, 2023. On a positive note, the restaurant is kid-friendly.

The food was bland and we felt completely ripped off. There was no seasoning at all, and I ended up adding some when I got home. They tried to explain that they weigh the crab, which is why one of our orders was missing a full two clusters. If we both ordered two Dungeness crab clusters, then why did I receive two full clusters while my companion only received one and a half, especially when the two clusters were significantly larger? It’s frustrating how clueless they are. Any other restaurant would have taken our names and offered us a complimentary meal upon our return. I seriously doubt they will last long with this type of customer service. They seem to forget that we have the power to leave reviews. I’ve never experienced such a poor response before. The manager insisted we shouldn’t compare them to Juicy Crab, and you know what? She was right! In all the times we've dined at Juicy Crab and Juicy Seafood restaurants, we've never had a bad experience.

Don't wear fancy clothes, because you are going to be elbow deep in your dinner!

Loved the nautical atmosphere, the service was fantastic, and the food was delicious! The portions for the food will NOT disappoint. Definitely recommend this place if you love sea food.
